A man from Lithuania appeared at Craigavon Magistrates' Court charged with grievous bodily harm in Portadown. The alleged offence took place two days before Christmas. He has been on remand in prison since before the holiday period.

Court heard the man was in Northern Ireland on holidays from Lithuania at the time of the incident.
