Courts: Drink-driver caught the morning after St Patrick's Day as murder trial adjourned
ARDS: A 50-year-old Belfast woman whose Mercedes was found half on a grass verge facing the wrong direction on Upper Knockbreda Road the morning after St Patrick's Day was banned from driving for one year and fined £300. Her breath alcohol reading was 99, nearly three times the legal limit of 35, and the District Judge noted the mandatory minimum ban applied given she had no previous record.
BELFAST: The trial of a man accused of the murder of Chloe Mitchell was adjourned to allow medical reports to be prepared.
