Shane Lynch, 43, from Cranlee Park in Derry appeared at a preliminary enquiry in the local Magistrate's Court on Wednesday.

He faces charges of being concerned in the supply of class A drugs between November 1, 2021, and May 7, 2022.

Lynch also faces charges of being concerned in an offer to supply class A drugs on the same dates.

He faces an additional charge of being concerned in an offer to supply class B drugs over that period.

The court accepted there was a case to answer. No contrary submissions were made.

Lynch was returned for trial at Derry Crown Court on April 14. He was released on bail.
