A Derry man is to stand trial at the Crown Court on drug possession charges.

Sean Paul Feeney, 33, of Donal Casey Court, appeared at a preliminary enquiry at the Magistrates' Court on Tuesday. He faces two counts of possession of Class C drugs alleged to have occurred on February 11, 2025.

At the hearing, Feeney declined to call witnesses or make a statement at that stage. The court returned him for trial to Derry Crown Court on October 20 and released him on bail.
