Man Charged with Multiple Drug Offences After Derry Arrest
A 33-year-old man appeared in court on Saturday charged with several drug offences after police arrested him in Derry/Londonderry.
Officers detained the man in the Lower Road area on Friday, 1st May. He faces charges of being concerned in the supply of a Class A controlled drug and two counts of possession of a Class A controlled drug.
Additional charges include possession of a Class A controlled drug with intent to supply and possession of a Class B controlled drug.
The man appeared before Londonderry Magistrates’ Court, sitting in Dungannon Magistrates’ Court, on Saturday 2nd May.
The Public Prosecution Service will review the charges as standard procedure.
