Mallusk Enterprise Park delivered an economic impact of £24.96 million in 2025, according to its latest assessment, supporting 405 entrepreneurs and helping to create 248 new jobs.

The park, part of the Enterprise NI network of 44 sites, is now at full capacity with 72 businesses operating from its premises. A growing waiting list reflects rising demand for flexible workspace and enterprise support across the region.

Throughout the year, the organisation provided 2,937 hours of one-to-one mentoring and enabled 575 individuals to take part in workshops, training programmes and business development initiatives.

Chief Executive Emma Garrett said the figures show the real economic and social value that enterprise agencies deliver. The full occupancy and waiting list highlight increasing demand for enterprise infrastructure as discussions continue around the Local Growth Fund and regional economic development.

She called for continued investment in spaces, programmes and support systems that allow indigenous businesses and entrepreneurs to thrive.

The social enterprise said it remains committed to wider social impact through employability schemes, skills development, wellbeing programmes and inclusive opportunities.
