A planning application has been lodged for the redevelopment of the former Dromore Health Centre site in County Tyrone. The proposal seeks permission to demolish the existing structure and construct a new apartment building with associated parking.

The application, submitted to Fermanagh and Omagh District Council, outlines plans for a two-storey building containing six apartments on the site at Omagh Road, Dromore. The development would include six parking spaces and landscaping.

The former health centre closed in 2019 following the opening of a new primary care facility in the town. The site has remained vacant since then.

A decision on the application is expected from the council in the coming months.
