Lakeland Dairies to invest £24.5 million at Ballyrashane site
Lakeland Dairies will invest £24.5 million at its Ballyrashane site near Coleraine.
The project will increase capacity for liquid milk packing and butter production.
Additional spending will cover sustainability measures across the site.
Economy Minister Caoimhe Archibald visited the facility and said the investment supports export growth and regional development.
Colin Kelly, CEO of Lakeland Dairies, said the upgrades will help meet demand in international markets and improve energy performance.
Invest NI has provided £2.5 million through its Agri-Food Investment Initiative.
Invest NI CEO Kieran Donoghue said the funding supports productivity improvements and new product development.
