Libraries NI will hold a free public event on brain health and ageing at Shankill Road Library in Belfast on 10 June.

The session runs from 2:00pm to 4:00pm and is part of the Belfast Learning Festival.

Dr Sinéad Eccles of The Open University will present the Future Life Toolkit and Take 5 to Age Well resources.

Siobhan Casey, Commissioner for Older People for Northern Ireland, will speak on the value of supporting older people in society.

Helen Poston of Libraries NI said the event will provide practical advice on wellbeing and lifelong learning.

The session is free but booking is required via Eventbrite, telephone or email to the library.
