Emmet Potter from Carrickmore died in a single-vehicle crash involving a van on Derrycourtney Road in the Caledon area of Co Tyrone. Police received a report shortly after 11pm on Saturday, April 25. Emergency services attended the scene and pronounced him dead there.

The Collision Investigation Unit continues enquiries into the incident. One person arrested in connection with the crash remains in police custody.
