Dungannon Magistrates Court ordered a pre-sentence report for Sean Brian Fitzpatrick, 31, from Pinebank Gardens in Coalisland. He faces charges of possessing cannabis on January 13 and pregabalin on December 10 of last year.

District Judge Francis Rafferty adjourned the case until May 8 to allow time for the report. The judge instructed Fitzpatrick to work with the Probation Service.

Legal aid was granted due to Fitzpatrick's record.
