Police from the PSNI Organised Crime Unit charged Aaron Hudson, 30, from Moorville in Stewartstown, with multiple drug and other offences after seizing cocaine worth about £1 million in Dungannon.

Officers arrested Hudson on Friday, 1 May, in the Cookstown area. They searched a property in Dungannon and recovered the suspected Class A drugs.

Hudson faces charges of being concerned in the supply of Class A controlled drugs, possession of a Class A drug with intent to supply, and being concerned in the supply of Class B controlled drugs. He also faces charges of possession and transfer of criminal property.

Additional charges include possession and making of indecent images of children, plus attempting to pay for sexual services.

The alleged offences occurred between 20 January and 2 May. Hudson appeared before Dungannon Magistrates' Court on Monday, 4 May, where bail was refused.

A detective constable from the PSNI Organised Crime Branch told the court the cases could be connected. The Public Prosecution Service will review the charges.
