Belfast car stopped with front bumper held on by USB cables
Police stopped a car in Belfast on Saturday night after observing that its front bumper was attached with USB cables. The vehicle, travelling through the city on 25 July, also had a damaged driver's door and wing mirrors. The driver was struggling to drive in a straight line. The car was recovered for a mechanical examination to determine whether it was roadworthy. The driver will face court proceedings.
