Man appears in court over alleged Omagh park exposure
A 24-year-old man appeared before Omagh Magistrates' Court on charges of exposure and outraging public decency.
Bakir Mohamad Abboud, of Queens Parade, Omagh, is accused of intentionally exposing his genitals with intent to cause alarm or distress.
He is also accused of committing an act of a lewd, obscene and disgusting nature by exposing his genitals and touching himself in public.
The alleged offences took place on 18 April at the Lovers' Retreat area in Omagh.
A police officer told the court that evidence could connect the defendant to the charges.
Investigations are at an early stage and a full prosecution file is expected in August.
District Judge Peter Magill remanded the defendant on continuing bail to appear again on 11 August.
