Babies Born at Northern Ireland Hospitals on Mother's Day
Two babies arrived at Ulster Hospital in Down on Mother's Day. Tuathlaith McCrory was born at 4.35am to parents Abi McCrory from Downpatrick and Paul McCrory. The baby weighed seven pounds 10 ounces.
Abi McCrory stated her daughter arrived early, not due until March 20. She and Paul expressed delight at the birth.
Fern Rafferty was born at the same hospital at 7.13am to Leah Rafferty from Comber. Fern weighed six pounds five ounces and arrived five and a half weeks early. Leah Rafferty called the birth a surprise.
At Altnagelvin Hospital in Londonderry, Ahlora-Dia was born to Bláthnaid O’Donnell at 10.45am. Erine Cusack gave birth to a boy at 11.48am.
