Babies Born at Ulster Hospital over Easter Weekend
Multiple babies were born at the Ulster Hospital maternity unit over the Easter weekend. Natasha Hendren from Lisburn gave birth to her son Arlo on Easter Sunday, which was also her 30th birthday.
Alicia Lewis from Ballynahinch delivered her daughter Enya, who weighed 7lbs 8oz. Cathy and Mark Woodside from Belfast welcomed their son Teidí during the Easter period.
Fiona McCarry from Ballynahinch had her third child, Conan. Emma Johnson, interim lead midwife at South Eastern Health and Social Care Trust, noted that the maternity unit welcomed several babies over the holiday.
Hendren described Arlo as the best birthday present. Lewis said her family was delighted with Enya's safe arrival. Woodside expressed joy at Teidí's birth and praised the maternity unit staff for their care.
