The Department of Finance has opened a public competition to appoint a new chair for the Northern Ireland Building Regulations Advisory Committee.

The role requires leadership of the committee and coordination of member advice to the department. The chair will lead meetings, join technical sub-committees, and handle member assessments and recruitment.

Candidates need at least five years of experience. They must hold chartered professional status or equivalent in a relevant construction discipline.
