Police have issued a traffic warning for Dungannon this Saturday, with a parade set to cause delays in the town from 10am until around 5.30pm.

A PSNI spokesperson said participants and supporters will gather at Lord Northland Memorial Park from 10am. The parade is scheduled to move off at midday and follow a route that takes in Park Lake Road, Moy Road, Ranfurly Road, Northland Place, Perry Street, Church Street, Market Square, Scotch Street, Lower Scotch Street, Railway Road, Milltown, Brooke Street and Wellington Road before returning to the park via Moy Road.

A service will be held in the demonstration field during the afternoon. At about 3.30pm, bands will form up again and leave Lord Northland Memorial Park along Moy Road, finishing at the junction of Gortmerron Link Road and Moy Road by 5.30pm.

The spokesperson asked those attending and taking part to respect the local area, avoid parking in private entrances and not restrict traffic flow or block local access.
