Police Appeal After Shots Fired at Occupied House in Derry
Detectives in Derry are appealing for information after shots were fired at a house in the Galliagh Park area late on Thursday night.
The incident was reported to police at around 11.15pm on July 16. A number of shots were aimed at the property. One person was inside at the time but was not injured. The house sustained damage.
Officers attended the scene and carried out a search of the area. Enquiries are continuing into the circumstances and to identify those involved.
Detective Inspector Hanbidge urged anyone who was in the Galliagh area that night or who noticed suspicious activity to come forward. Police are particularly keen to obtain dashcam, CCTV, or any other footage.
