Armagh City, Banbridge and Craigavon Borough Council invites local food and drink producers, farmers and agri-businesses to participate in stands at the Lurgan and Armagh agricultural shows.

The borough holds recognition as Northern Ireland's Food Heartland. The council hosts dedicated stands at both events under its Food Heartland initiative.

Lurgan Show occurs on Saturday 6 June. Armagh Show takes place on Saturday 13 June.

Lord Mayor Alderman Stephen Moutray stated that the shows mark a celebration of rural heritage and the food sector. He added that the council supports the Food Heartland by displaying local producers' talent and quality.

Moutray noted that the businesses rely on generations of knowledge, craftsmanship and passion to offer field-to-fork products. He said that exhibiting at the shows aids visibility, confidence and access to new markets and buyers.

Producers must register interest and confirm eligibility. Applications close at 12 noon on Monday 4 May. Spaces remain limited.
