Pam Stephens from Trillick in Tyrone now lives in Enniskillen and runs a hairdressing business there. She faces stage four ovarian cancer that has spread to her liver and brain after 15 months.

Doctors in Istanbul offered her a treatment plan. Her family started a fundraising campaign to cover costs after local treatments failed. The appeal gathered more than £60,000 in days.

Stephens told her doctor she refuses to accept the diagnosis. She plans to pursue the overseas option. Her daughter Toni-Louise backs the effort.

Family members note Stephens' long involvement in hairdressing and charity work in the community. She organised events like fashion shows to support causes.
