Courier firm InPost has delivered hundreds of Piratix toys and playsets to the paediatric unit at Ulster Hospital.

The donation provides entertainment for children and young people during their hospital stays.

InPost commercial projects manager John Cairns stated that this marks the third such delivery to the hospital. He noted the strong relationship with hospital staff and said the toys will keep children happy while recovering.

South Eastern Health and Social Care Trust health play specialist Gillian Sinclair described the items as special gifts for children as rewards for treatment. She said the children enjoy collecting the sets and they will receive good use.
