Police stopped a suspicious vehicle in the Ballykeel area of Ballymena on Thursday, March 26. Officers found about 30 kilos of suspected herbal cannabis, along with suspected cocaine and Xanax tablets. The haul of cannabis has an estimated street value of £450,000.

The male driver faced arrest on several offences. Authorities charged him following the stop and search. He will appear at Ballymena Magistrates Court on Saturday, March 28.
