ARDS: A woman from Bangor pleaded guilty to driving with excess alcohol in her breath and was fined £150 at Ards Magistrates' Court.

BELFAST: A 32-year-old woman from Co. Galway entered a not guilty plea at Belfast Crown Court to a charge of perverting the course of justice, alleged to involve making a false statement to police investigating the murder of nursing assistant Odhran Kelly. She is the last of five defendants to be arraigned in connection with the case, which has been adjourned to 18 September for further review.
