Antrim man sent to Crown Court on threats to kill charge
A man has been sent to the Crown Court after being charged with threatening to kill a woman on Boxing Day.
Francis Kevin Valliday, 32, of Stiles Avenue, appeared at Antrim Magistrates Court in Ballymena. He faces a charge of making a threat to kill, as well as charges of assault, threatening or abusive behaviour, criminal damage to a window, and attempted criminal damage to a mobile phone.
The court granted continuing bail in the sum of £500. As a condition of bail, Valliday is prohibited from entering a specified area of Antrim town.
The case was committed to Antrim Crown Court for arraignment on September 9.
