A woman has been injured following a road traffic collision in Armagh city centre.

Police received a report shortly after 10.15 am on Tuesday 9 June of a crash involving a car and a pedestrian at the junction of Lonsdale Road and Railway Street.

Officers attended the scene along with ambulance crews, and the injured woman was taken to hospital for treatment.

The extent of her injuries has not been disclosed. Enquiries into the circumstances of the collision are ongoing.
