Craig Warren appeared at Magherafelt Magistrates Court on Wednesday. He faces an accusation of stealing engine oil valued at £10.65 from the PSNI in Magherafelt. The alleged theft took place on July 27 of last year.

Warren gave his address as PSNI, Magherafelt. District Judge Conor Heaney presided over the hearing. Defence counsel stated that five witnesses are involved in the case. Counsel added that two of those witnesses can be agreed upon.

Judge Heaney adjourned the case until May 27. The purpose of the adjournment is to set a date for a contest hearing.
