Patrick Mulligan, 59, of Wattlebridge Road in Enniskillen, faces a voyeurism charge. The allegation states he observed a male child performing a private act for sexual gratification. The incident occurred at Erneside Shopping Centre in Enniskillen on December 30, 2024.

Enniskillen Magistrates’ Court held a hearing on Wednesday. Mulligan denied the charge. The court set a contest date for April 22.
