Lisburn man denies assault, criminal damage, and strangulation charges
A Lisburn man has denied charges of assault, criminal damage, and non-fatal strangulation.
Marcin Krzysztof Czerwinski, 40, of Maralin Avenue, appeared before Lisburn Magistrates Court on Thursday, October 29, 2026.
He made no comment when the charges were put to him by a court official.
The charges relate to an incident on January 1, 2026.
Czerwinski had previously pleaded not guilty and intends to contest the charges.
The public prosecutor said there was a prima facie case to answer, and the defence made no contrary submission.
He was released on his own bail of £500 and is scheduled to be arraigned at Craigavon Crown Court on December 1, 2026.
