The duty officer role involves supporting day-to-day operations at the arts centre and ensuring smooth delivery of cultural events. The customer service advisor will provide visitor information at the Marble Arch Caves, a major tourist attraction in the district. The community engagement officer will work with partners and stakeholders to boost participation in the STRIDE programme, which focuses on innovation, inclusion and rural development.
