A £615,000 resurfacing scheme will bring a series of lane and full road closures to the main Derry to Dublin road north of Omagh.

The works extend for approximately 1.27 kilometres from Castletown Road to Mellon Road.

A lane closure will operate daily from 9.30am to 4.30pm until Saturday August 22.

Full road closures then run from Monday August 24 to Friday August 28, between 7.30am and 6.30pm each day.

A further full closure is scheduled for Saturday August 29 from 7.30am to 4pm, and a final closure on Monday August 31 from 7.30am to 6.30pm.

The carriageway reopens to traffic each evening and remains open all day on Sundays.

Signed diversion routes will be in place during the closures.
