A Magherafelt man has been released on continuing bail after appearing before a district judge on charges of harassment and assault.

Gary Nathan Millar, of Leckagh Drive in the town, is accused of committing the offences between 8 July 2025 and 30 June this year.

He also faces a charge of disorderly behaviour at Leckagh Walk.

A police officer told the court he could connect Millar to the charges.

District Judge Conor Heaney released the accused on continuing bail and ordered him to appear again on 5 August for a further hearing.
