Bangor confirm Arthurs will rejoin squad after disciplinary review
Bangor FC have announced that striker Ben Arthurs will return to pre-season training following an internal review.
Arthurs had been suspended since April due to a disciplinary issue and missed the club's final six matches of the Irish Premiership season.
The club released a short statement on Monday confirming the completion of the review. It said Arthurs would rejoin the squad but added that no further comment would be made.
Arthurs has been at Clandeboye Park for eight seasons. During that time he helped the club secure promotion from the Ballymena and Provincial League and later from the NIFL Championship.
He signed a three-year contract at the start of the 2025/26 season and scored 10 goals in the campaign. His contributions helped Bangor avoid relegation in their first top-flight season in 16 years.
Bangor did not disclose details of the disciplinary matter or the findings of the review.
