The Loup Comhaltas Branch hosted the County Derry Fleadh 2026 on the shores of Lough Neagh at the Marina Centre in Ballyronan. Hundreds attended the event, which served as the first Fleadh in Ulster within the All-Ireland series.

Participants of all ages took part in music competitions. Competitors aimed to advance to the Ulster Fleadh and then to Fleadh Cheoil na hÉireann in Belfast.

Nuala McEldowney from Slaughneill competed in the tin whistle category.

Brothers Conor McCann, Ronan McCann and Dara McCann from The Loup won multiple categories.
