FTD Brothers Reach Enniskillen in 33-Marathon Challenge for Dementia Funds
Brothers Jordan and Cian Adams, known as the FTD Brothers, will run through Enniskillen on Thursday as part of their challenge to complete 33 marathons in 33 days across Ireland.
The run in Enniskillen starts at 10am from Inis Ceithleann on Belmore Street. Enniskillen is the 11th stop before they finish in Dublin.
The brothers aim to raise £1 million for the Alzheimer Society of Ireland and their FTD Brothers Foundation. Half the funds will go to the Alzheimer Society of Ireland.
Their mother died from frontotemporal dementia. The brothers and their sister carry the mutated gene linked to the condition.
The challenge draws from their mother's ties to Ireland. They ran in Omagh, Tyrone, last Thursday.
