Derry Man Charged with Possession of Imitation Weapons
Jack Ferguson, 19, of no fixed abode appeared before a Derry court charged with possession of imitation weapons. The charges relate to offences alleged to have occurred on April 8. The alleged injured party is his mother.
Prosecutors did not oppose bail. The court released Ferguson on conditions. He must reside at an address approved by police. He is also barred from contact with his mother.
