Gavin Fisher, 35, from Swilly Gardens in Derry, received a fine for disorderly behaviour. Police attended a separate incident where they attempted to arrest him.

Fisher shouted and swore loudly in front of a family that included a small child. Officers warned him to stop, but he refused.

Defence solicitor Paddy MacDermott described the offences as low level. He noted Fisher had consumed alcohol.
