Three farms in Tyrone will participate in the Bank of Ireland Open Farm Weekend, set for June 12 to 14. The event marks its 15th year.

McCullagh’s Farm on Gorticashel Road near Omagh will open to visitors. Crewehill Farm on West Road in Stewartstown and The Narrowlane on Roughan Road in the Stewartstown area will also take part.

A total of 23 working farms across Northern Ireland will host the public during the three days. Schools will visit on Friday, June 12. Families and the general public can attend from Friday through Sunday, June 14.

The Ulster Farmers’ Union organizes the free event with support from Bank of Ireland. Visitors to the Tyrone farms can interact with farm animals and observe local food production processes.

The initiative seeks to inform people about food production and recognize farmers' contributions.
