Martin McCarney, 45, from Foxhill Road in Enniskillen, faces a murder charge related to the death of 23-year-old Ellie Flanagan on March 7.

McCarney is scheduled to appear in court via video-link on Monday. The hearing is listed as a Justice Video Platform Review.

He also faces a charge of possessing three knives as an offensive weapon with intent to commit an indictable offence, namely murder. This charge falls under Section 93 of the Justice Act (Northern Ireland) 2011.

The case is proceeding in Enniskillen.
