A Co Tyrone resident claimed a £121,912.50 win on the Boyle Sports online gambling app after placing two bets totalling £2.50 on Saturday.

The first bet of £1 covered numbers 3, 4, 19, 20 and 44. All five numbers matched in the draw at odds of 111,110/1.

A second bet of £1.50 on four of those numbers succeeded at odds of 7,200/1.

The resident logged into the app after the draw and observed the balance increase.

A Boyle Sports spokesperson described the payout as a substantial sum resulting from minimal stakes.
