Council Grants Permission for Apartment atop Vacant Portrush Building
Causeway Coast and Glens Council has approved planning permission for a second-floor apartment at 9-13 Causeway Street in Portrush.
The site holds a two-storey commercial building. The ground floor previously served as retail space. The first floor operated as a cafe and restaurant.
The building stands vacant at present.
This approval renews an earlier planning application for the same proposal.
