The Western Health and Social Care Trust's Recovery College has launched its Spring/Summer 2026 prospectus, outlining a range of free courses on mental health and wellbeing.

Courses will run in Derry/Londonderry, Limavady, Enniskillen, Omagh, and Strabane, with additional online evening sessions available via Microsoft Teams for those unable to attend daytime workshops.

Roisin O’Hanlon, Recovery College Coordinator, stated that the programme offers workshops co-produced and co-facilitated by individuals with lived experience and mental health professionals. The courses are open to service users, carers, supporters, students, health professionals, and anyone interested in mental health and wellbeing, regardless of diagnosis.
