A 33-year-old man has been charged with arson endangering life with intent following an incident in east Belfast.

Police said the charge relates to an arson attack in the Woodstock Road area in the early hours of Saturday, 17 October.

The man is due to appear before Belfast Magistrates' Court on Monday, 19 October.

As is standard procedure, all charges will be reviewed by the Public Prosecution Service.
