Police charged two men in separate Belfast incidents on Tuesday, April 21. A 51-year-old faces charges of involvement in supplying class B drugs, possessing criminal property, and conspiring to fraudulently import class B drugs. Officers seized about £100,000 cash after his arrest in Belfast.

The 51-year-old is due at Belfast Magistrates' Court on Wednesday, April 22. The Public Prosecution Service will review the charges.

In west Belfast, a 26-year-old man faces a charge of arson with intent to endanger life. The charge relates to a fire at an apartment building on Stewartstown Road. Police received the report shortly before 4.45pm on April 21.

Firefighters extinguished the blaze. Residents evacuated due to poor air quality and remain out of their homes. No other injuries occurred.

Police arrested the 26-year-old on suspicion of the offence. He will appear at Belfast Magistrates' Court on Wednesday, April 22. The Public Prosecution Service will review this charge.
