Two Men Charged Over Arson Attacks on Belfast 5G Masts
Police in Northern Ireland charged two men in connection with arson attacks on 5G masts in west Belfast. The incidents took place between 2023 and 2025.
A 45-year-old man faces eight counts of arson and conspiracy to commit arson. A 46-year-old man faces one count of arson and conspiracy to commit arson.
Officers arrested both men on Monday, 27 April. They are scheduled to appear at Laganside Magistrates' Court on Monday, 25 May.
Detectives continue to investigate the series of fires. The Public Prosecution Service will review all charges as standard procedure.
