A man charged in connection with a fatal road traffic collision near Derrylin has had his case adjourned at Enniskillen Magistrates Court.

Brian Stokes, 22, of The Paddocks, Flitwick, Bedfordshire, is charged with dangerous driving causing the death of Aimee Stokes and causing grievous bodily harm to Damian Stokes and Bernard Reilly.

The charges relate to an incident on the Ballyconnell Road, Derrylin, on December 23, 2024.

At a hearing on Monday, the case was put back to October 24 for a decision.

No further details were given in court.
