Desertmartin Accordion Band will mark its 65th anniversary with the launch of a special anniversary book.

The band has accepted an invitation from Aughafatten Accordion Band to take part in a tattoo on September 4 and 5. The event will coincide with the anniversary milestone.

The book marks more than six decades of musical heritage and community involvement. The tattoo appearance will allow the band to perform and continue its friendship with Aughafatten Accordion Band.

Members of Desertmartin Accordion Band will represent the Desertmartin community during the event.
