Man charged with assault and weapon possession after Coleraine incident
A 32-year-old man is set to appear before Coleraine Magistrates’ Court on Wednesday, 22 July, following an incident in the town.
Police charged the man in connection with events on Monday, 20 July, in the Cromore Court area.
He faces three charges: assault occasioning actual bodily harm, possessing an offensive weapon in a public place, and common assault.
The charges will be reviewed by the Public Prosecution Service as part of standard procedure.
No further details about the incident have been released by police.
