Motorcyclist Dies in Markethill Lorry Collision
A motorcyclist has died following a collision with a lorry in Markethill, County Armagh. The crash occurred on Coolmillish Road on Friday, 10 July.
The Police Service of Northern Ireland (PSNI) received a report around 11:40 am. Officers attended alongside the Northern Ireland Ambulance Service and Northern Ireland Fire and Rescue Service. The motorcyclist was pronounced dead at the scene.
The road was closed for a period to allow investigators to examine the scene but has since reopened. The Collision Investigation Unit is conducting inquiries.
Detective Inspector Stewart appealed for witnesses and anyone with dash-camera footage to come forward. Information can be passed to police on 101, quoting reference number 602 of 10/07/26.
