Two arrested following early-morning burglaries in Lisburn
Two people have been arrested after a series of burglaries in Lisburn. A man and a woman, both aged in their 30s, were detained by police investigating incidents in the Benson Street area during the early hours of Friday, 3 July.
The suspects were arrested on suspicion of offences including burglary, attempted burglary and a number of driving offences. Police have not released further details about the nature of the driving offences.
Detective Sergeant Gray has appealed for witnesses to come forward. Officers are keen to speak to anyone who was in the area at the time and noticed anything suspicious, as well as anyone with CCTV, dashcam or other footage that could assist the investigation.
